More like Koivu regresses to a top 3rd line center... No points in 4 games and he and Vanek generate together 3.25 shots per game. Something needs to change because Vanek was brought in to score goals and it's not happening with Koivu.

Other than freeze, I would actually prefer any of those to the wild.

I feel like we can throw the shots per game argument right out the window until at least 20 or more games are played.

Koivu remains, for me, one of the most underrated players of all time. The guy is 9ft tall and does everything. Sure, maybe he's not great at anything, but he's like a crappy Forsberg which is a lot like being a crappy Prince song.

As for the worst nicknames, you've got Montreal and Vancouver with practically the same name, at least wild is not a play on America. Ie. Texans, patriots, Yankees, etc.

Nothing more boring than names that identify a country, a state, or a nickname for resident of state.

BTW, kinda difficult to use any animal, other than a Buffalo, in a logo, when your damn city shares the same name as an animal.
